Senator Ron Johnson recently wrote a letter to President Obama saying the president is scaring senior citizens regarding the debt ceiling.  Senator Johnson joins Morning Joe to discuss the letter, gridlock in congress over the debt and the ‘cut, cap and balance’ plan.
